Return Policy

The return or exchange request will be approved according to the following conditions:

  Exchanges must be made within 7 days and returns must be made within 1 day only, except for excluded products. Approval will be based on the cases shown below:

1- If the product is packaged in the original factory packaging and has not been opened:

▪️ Mention the vehicle chassis number and the product to be replaced or returned.

▪️Returns or exchanges of items are accepted ( except for excluded products ) .

▪️The product is packaged in the original factory packaging and has not been opened. Returns or exchanges are accepted ( except for excluded and discounted products or products ordered by the customer ).

▪️ The original box/carton, all enclosed items, and any gifts or offers included must be returned.

2- If the box/carton has been opened and the original packaging of the product has been removed, and it has not been used:

▪️ Returns or exchanges of orders are accepted after deducting the following percentages:

30% of the order value. Returns must be made in the original box/carton (undamaged), all attached parts, and any gifts or offers included. Unless the product has a manufacturing defect based on a technical report from our team.

  Excluded products:

We regret that we cannot return or exchange products in the following cases only:

▪️ The product has been used

▪️ The product has been installed

▪️ Electrical parts

▪️ Used parts are subject to the warranty granted to the customer.

▪️ Products are ordered from suppliers or agents or with special specifications from the customer.

▪️ Products with malfunctions or defects resulting from misuse (such as: breakage, scratches, misuse, etc.), and are determined based on a specialized team’s examination of the parts.

General Conditions:

▪️ The customer bears the delivery fees for the return request, in addition to the fact that the order shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect based on the technical report from our team.

Time period and methods for refunding payments:

Refunds will be made in the same way they were paid.

Credit card refunds take 7 to 21 business days depending on the customer's bank.
